Cut Pasta

Learn the ancient art of making pasta from scratch using fresh eggs, flour, olive oil, and salt. You’ll master pasta dough, using a hand-crank pasta maker to create sheets, and then cutting your pasta. Choose a delicious vegetarian dish with coconut milk and wild mushrooms—or opt for a seafood pasta with prawns and mussels. (Typical group size: 10–15 participants)

Potato Gnocchi

Discover how to craft light, pillowy gnocchi by ricing potatoes and combining them with fresh eggs and flour. (Typical group size: 10–15 participants)

Spanish Paella

Experience the art of making paella over an open flame, blending rice, spices, chicken, sausage, and seafood. Ideal for outdoor events or retreats, the cooking component can accommodate groups of 4–6 people and feed up to 30 diners.
